Posted: 9:41 PM Nov 24, 2009 Second Durand Teacher Investigated for Alleged Sexual Contact with Student For the second time in the last month, a Durand teacher is under investigation for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a student.

Winnebago county authorities say information on this investigation surfaced while the department was investigating Jennifer Bland.

The Durand High School teacher was recently fired for allegedly having sexual contact with four students.

We were unable to reach anyone from the Durand School District tonight.

This is getting out of hand! It's time our school board does something about the lack of supervision of teachers. This latest one does not suprise anyone. Why did it take so long to do something about it? We need new administration in Durand, NOW! I'm sure these alegations are a suprise to the accused wife, who happens to be a teacher herself and sits on the Dakota School Board. Too bad for her and the family.

i thinks that this is a lie kids trying to get our teachers fired because they don't like them or they are getting bad grades!! i think its a lie
