Burris Heads to Iraq
After the big vote, US Senator Roland Burris headed off to Iraq.

He's there tonight examining security and political developments in the region. Burris is expected to meet with soldiers, foreign leaders and security officials. Burris will return before Thanksgiving. Just Friday, the Senate Ethics Committee condemned him for making inconsistent statements regarding how he got appointed to office.

What a waste of taxpayer money and everyone's time. Who in Iraq would want to meet with him? What an embarassment!
