Now that an officer was involved in an accident at this intersection, maybe the "over due" research will be conducted on the reason why so many accidents occur there. On another note, the turning lane for Carman Dr. ,on Harrison Ave. , will be the next area of concern. Daily, I witness 45 - 50 mph. close calls due to the confusion of what the turning lane is meant for, Carman dr. or Perryville? Drivers mistake the turning lane for the left turn at perryville. When they realize that it is the turning lane for Carman Dr. , they try to slip back into the east bound lane to catch the actual turn lane and create seriously close calls. Thank You, for covering this story. Travis King
