Rockford Man Shot Multiple Times
A Rockford man is hospitalized after being shot multiple times.

It happened shortly before three this afternoon in the 400 hundred block of Underwood, that's on the city's west side. Authorities tell 23News a man walking in the area was confronted by two, possibly three suspects before several shots were fired. The victim is now being treated for non life threatening injuries. The gunmen fled the scene on foot. Call Rockford Crime Stoppers with information on the shooting.
