Most Of Us Don't Plan To Buy A Home In The Next Year
The recent extension and expansion of the home buyers tax credit doesn't seem to be motivating many buyers.

According to a new report.. only one-in-twenty Americans plan to buy a home within the next year.
The report concludes that most of those buyers will be first timers and 34 years old or younger.
The survey suggests that young people are taking advantage of bargain priced homes, especially in the south and west.
Nearly 40-percent of home sales in the Rockford area are first timers.
