There could be another judge named in the highly publicized murder case against William Buck. He's accused in the shooting death of police detective Kevin Rice nearly a year ago. Six different judges have already been assigned to the case only to step down or be dismissed.
Attorneys for Buck argued that judge Joseph McGraw should be dismissed for comments he made to 23 News last august before being named to the bench. The defense argues that McGraw's comments were prejudiced toward the death penalty.
A ruling on whether judge McGraw will be allowed to stay on the case will be handed down next Monday.
