Congressman Don Manzullo is one of the 177 Republicans expected to vote against the law. He released this statement earlier tonight.

"I could not in good conscience vote for the Pelosi-Democrat Health Care Bill, which increases taxes by 766 billion dollars, taken from badly needed capital for operations and loans for small businesses, and from taxes on medical equipment," says Manzullo.
He continued by arguing the plan cuts 500 billion from Medicare and dramatically hikes Medicaid expenses for states. Manzullo says he'll support the Republican plan, which he claims will reduce the federal deficit and allows small businesses to pool together.

Really? He released a statement that is this factually inaccurate, on a topic that is this easy to check? The Republican plan doesn't reduce the deficit. Nothing but pulling the economy out of the slump will reduce the deficit.
