It started and ended in the 6100 block of Garrett Lane. Police were investigating a shots fired report, when a call came in about an armed robbery at the Blockbuster on East State St.
Officers say the suspect description was the same in both incidents and they didn't have to look too far for their suspect.
Kevin Cybul returned to Garrett Lane after the robbery and was arrested.
