Michigan Man Arrested in DeKalb on Homicide Warrant
A Michigan man staying at a DeKalb County homeless shelter has been arrested on charges of murder.

James McKinney, 49, was originally picked up on Friday by DeKalb County authorities on a routine traffic stop. He was released on Saturday, but today deputies learned that a homicide warrant had been issued for McKinney in Hillsdale, Michigan.
McKinney was picked up at Hope Haven in DeKalb and is now in the DeKalb County jail awaiting extradition.
