A consumer alert tonight, more than 500 thousand Chrysler vehicles are being recalled.
The models affected are the 2004-2005 Jeep Liberty and Dodge Durango and the 2008 Dodge Avenger Sedan. The Durango's have problems with overheating and the Avenger Sedans have glitches in their door latches. None of these vehicles are made at the Belvidere Assembly Plant.
