The Bush administration didn't misrepresent the facts to justify the war in Iraq. This came from CIA Director George Tenet Tuesday. He told a Senate Armed Services Committee his job is to provide policymakers with intelligence.

Those policymakers assess the information and make judgments, but sometimes the results of those decisions don't "comport with every word" of an intelligence estimate.

When Senator Edward Kennedy questioned him, Tenet said he spoke about when he thought someone was misconstruing intelligence.
