Wisconsin's attorney general is hoping to help others. This after Peg Lautenschlager plead guilty to drinking and driving and refusing to take a blood test earlier this week.
Speaking to a YMCA executive board last night, Lautenschlager said drinking and driving is generally accepted in our society, especially in Wisconsin, but says this only points out the need for people with alcohol or drug problems to get help, and she'll be willing to be the one to get the word out.
Lautenschlager paid a $784 fine and had her license revoked for a year. She'll also be required to get counseling and assess her drinking habits.
