Congressman Mark Kirk says the reward for the capture of Osama bin Laden should be doubled to $50 million.

The Illinois republican says raising the reward would increase the pressure on terrorist groups. The current price for information is $25 million.

Kirk was in the afghan capital Tuesday. He's visited Pakistan and Afghanistan on what he said was a tour to assess progress in the U.S.-led War on Terrorism and preparations for key Afghan elections slated for this summer.
