Blagojevich and house republican leader tom cross say they'll introduce legislation to get the changes made by January 1, 2005.
Blagojevich says currently, schoolchildren are given mixed messages. They're taught about nutrition in the classroom, but candy, junk food and soda is sold only a few feet away.
