Governor Pat Quinn is on a surprise trip to Iraq and Kuwait.

Governor Pat Quinn is on a surprise trip to Iraq and Kuwait.
Quinn met with members of the Illinois National Guard and the Marines. He's joined by four other American Governors and for security purposes Quinn's aides won't say where the governor is traveling next or when he'll be home.
He last traveled to Iraq in 2004.
