Police charged Olandes Day with possession of marijuana.
The 26-year-old was also wanted on an outstanding warrant. During a search of Day's residence at 804 Eighth Avenue police found drugs, money and a handgun.
A few houses away, police arrested Larry Caffie. He's charged with possession of crack cocaine and intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a school.
