A group of Hispanic workers claim FPM Heat Treating assigned them to the hottest and hardest jobs in the plant because of their nationality.
The federal suit was filed Tuesday and alleges the company subjected the Hispanic workers to unfair treatment and denied them lunch and other breaks afforded to other workers.
If found guilty, FPM could face a $200,000 fine for each worker it discriminated against.
