ROCKFORD- Rockford College sponsored an event geared at helping those currently out of a job find new opportunities. The skills four success fair at the United Methodist Church offered information to anyone looking to retrain or educate themselves in a new field. There were exhibits.. presentations.. and knowledgeable professionals on hand to help answer questions.
