It's all about money and benefits for workers at the Rockford Housing Authority.

AFSCME local 10-58A held an informational picket outside RHA offices in downtown Rockford Monday.

Union members are upset about pay raises proposed by housing authority director Sarah Moyado, including a 77 percent raise for one employee.

AFSCME members say that money would be better spent on higher wages and better benefits for all employees.
