Police believe 18-year-old Christopher Robinson, of Rockford, shot and killed Shontrelle Graham.

Graham was walking with a group of friends last Saturday night, when shots were fired from a car passing by. The suspect vehicle and a weapon have been recovered.

Police say additional arrests are possible. If found guilty, Robinson could face life behind bars. He's being held at the Winnebago County jail on $1 million bond.
