Governor Says Illinois Law on Marriage Should Not Change

Blagojevich says he supports the law the way it's written in Illinois.

He says he opposes discrimination against gays and lesbians and he supports domestic partnership agreements, but he says his view is that marriage should be between a man and a woman.

Blagojevich made his comments when he was asked about the issue following a news conference on pay raises for the state's judges.
