Those are the things tollway officials say they want to know.
Bright yellow and green signs are posted in toll booths around the state, asking drivers to call or fill out an online survey about the service.
The signs give the toll collector's name and ask "How was my customer service today?''
Tollway officials say it's all part of efforts to improve service on the tollway. An agency spokeswoman says both negative and positive comments will be sent to a toll collector's supervisor.
