A ComEd spokesman says repair crews have restored power to all the residents left in the dark by Sunday night's storms.

Almost 22,000 customers initially lost power Tuesday night after high winds downed trees and power lines.

By Monday morning, power was restored to all but about 1,800 utility customers.

ComEd spokesman Trent Frager says most of the outages were concentrated near Joliet and Dixon.
