The parents should be arrested for allowing the guns to be available to the child. Would there be no charges if a child was killed or injured?

as a parent of a child at highland in stillman i find it appalling that no charges are being filed . that child stole a weapon and took it to a public school - hello ?? in the least it should land this student in the juvenile detention center for his actions , he knows right from wrong at that age , especially about a gun - much less 2 of them . both real or not - i know of kids in other school districts who were suspended and referred to juvenile justice for bringing a watergun to school and this child brought a real one and a bullet !!! ogle county states attorney needs to do his job and protect innocents like my child from even worrying about a gun in a kindergarten through second grade school . thats right a second grader did this !! unbelievable to think the states attorney will allow this to slide by with no retribution - is he related to the family ??
