WINNEBAGO COUNTY (WIFR) -- A new facility will soon be available to victims of domestic abuse.

Judge Rosemary Collins tells us the U.S. Department of Justice awarded Winnebago County's Safe Harbor program $400,000. The money will be used to create a new supervised visitation facility, which would allow parents to spend time with their kids in a secure setting.
