32-year-old Joey Clark is in police custody tonight after authorities say he stabbed his step-father to death. He's 51-year-old Kenneth Douglas. Stephenson County Sheriff's Deputies say Douglas' body was found in his home in the 93-hundred block of North Unity Road in Winslow at about 12:30 Sunday morning. Douglas was airlifted to St. Anthony Hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Clark is currently being held in the Stephenson County Jail. It's believed he lived with his step-father. Court records show no history of domestic abuse. We hope to have more information on this story tomorrow during the 23 News at five.
