Governor Blagojevich isn't doing much to dispute charges against him, missing yet another deadline.
Today Blagojevich was supposed to tell the state senate what people and documents he wanted to subpoena for his impeachment trial next week. He had until 4 p.m., but officials say the governor did not submit the list of proposed subpoenas.
Blagojevich has ignored other deadlines, like refusing to file a response to impeachment charges or even trying to have them dropped. Meanwhile, Blagojevich's wife, Patti, has been fired from her $100,000-dollar-a-year job.
Patti Blagojevich isn't accused of wrongdoing. But prosecutors say a recorded telephone call captured her suggestion to fire newspaper editors if the Tribune Company wanted help selling Wrigley Field.
