Sexual Harassment

A popular family restaurant is in the midst of a sexual harassment case.

A Byron resident says she was repeatedly harassed at the machine shed on East State Street. Joetta Haas worked at the restaurant for 15 months.

The U.S. Equal Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit against machine shed's owner, Heart of America Management.

The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court here in Rockford.
