Exelon, the parent of Com Ed may be facing a $65,000 fine after the security guards at one of its nuclear plants were busted for sleeping on the job.

You might remember the video, security guards caught snoozing on the job. It happened in December of 2007 at an Exelon owned power plant in Pennsylvania. Federal regulators now want to slap a $65,000 dollar fine on Exelon because of on the job naps. Exelon plans to pay the fine. The company has since establish its own, in house security for all of it's plants including Byron. They fired the security company which was in charge when the sleeping incident happened.
