The $1.6 million grant will provide funds to facilities to install locks on anhydrous ammonia tanks, purchase video surveillance cameras or to blend approved additives into their anhydrous ammonia to rend it useless to make meth. Anhydrous ammonia is a key ingredient in manufacturing methamphetamine.
