A new development is coming to the Cherry Valley Crossing, crews broke ground on it today.

A new development is coming to the Cherry Valley Crossing, crews broke ground on it today.
The 8 million dollar facility will be located at the corner of Newburg and Bell School Road. It will include four commercial and retail buildings. One building will house an OSF primary care office. Another tenant will be Bell Pantry and Liquor.
Negotiations are underway to bring in two other tenants.
