A new 100-million dollar plant is coming to Dixon, bringing with it 160 new jobs.
UPM Raflatac announced Monday it's building a new complex in Dixon. The plant will produce adhesive-backed material. That will be sold to companies to create labels. The company president says Dixon made the best offer. Construction will begin in August. The new factory is expected to open in 2008.
