In yet another appearance on the Ellen Digenerous show, Rockford native and piano prodigy Emily Bear surprises Ellen with a new song that she wrote just for her that's called 'Once Upon A Wish' and it's Emily's gift to Ellen because Ellen got her wish to get married.

Ellen was visibly choked up as Emily played but earlier in show there were much more giggles as Emily talked about when she broke her nose first falling off her bike then four days later when she ran into a glass window.
