From 23 News: The 23 WIFR signal has returned to Insight Cable and Charter Cable. We continue to experience transmitter problems, and are working to fix the situation.

From 23 News: We are currently experiencing transmitter problems, and are working as fast as possible to fix the situation. We apologize for any inconvenience. The problem stems from excessive moisture in the digital and analog transmission lines on the tower. The 23 WIFR signal is currently broadcasting at 20% power. It is also available via Direct TV, Insight Cable and Charter Cable. Tower crews are currently on-site working to restore full power.
