IRS Seeks to Return $266 Million in Undeliverable Refunds
Amount includes $8.7M for Illinois. (Stateline names listed below.) The IRS also encourages taxpayers to file their tax returns electronically because e-file eliminates the risk of lost paper returns. E-file also reduces errors and speeds up refunds.

even if you e file the only way you get your stimulus ck dd is if you pay for your taxes out of pocket. if you have the money to pay for filling your taxes out of your refund you get screwed because they don't consider that dd.
