Drug dealers, they’re the scum of our society preying on our kids and selling their poison to anyone just to make a buck. These people will do anything to keep their business going but when they finally get caught in Winnebago County they find themselves face to face with Judge Edward Prochaska. It's his job to sift through the excuses and dole out the justice. 35-percent of all felony cases in Winnebago County go through his courtroom. It's a daunting task but Judge Prochaska says no matter how full his caseload gets it's about justice not speed. "Everyone who stands before me deserve to have a full and fair consideration of their case and the pressure to keep up with the volume is what makes it hard." Winnebago County Asst. State's Attorney, Alison Meason, adds, "I think the wheels of Justice move a lot slower then most people would like because of the volume."
