Among the pushing of shopping carts was the holding of picket signs at one stateline Wal-Mart store.

A group of political activists walked from Beloit College to the Wal-Mart, they're upset about a recent Wall Street Journal Article that said Wal-Mart is telling its store managers to warn their employees not to vote democrats because that would lead to more unionizing of companies including Wal-Mart.

According to the Wall Street Journal article a Wal-Mart spokesman acknowledged meetings are taking place concerning elections..but no one is telling associates how to vote.

This is rediculous. I worked at Wal-Mart and they have a strict policy on involving politics and work, let alone all the other issues like religion, race, etc. Its time for these people who protest anything to stand up and go get a job if you have time to hold picket signs you have time to work, be usefull and stay in your classroom teachers. start setting a good standard by teaching not protesting.
