David Damm has been found guilty in the murder of a 13 year old Iowa girl and now prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.

Today a Jo Daviess County jury found Damm guilty on all charges in connection to the death of Donnisha Hill, who he had been sexually abusing.

Damm is convicted of hiring someone to kill Hill, her body was found near Galena back in 2006. Damm will be back in court October 14th.
