Federal Disaster Assistance has been approved for flood victims in seven Illinois counties including DeKalb. Last month, several homes in the Sycamore Mobile Home Community were damaged, because of flood waters. Now those residents and others will be eligible for grants and low-interest loans. To get temporary housing to rebuild, or to recoup losses. You can register for help on line at fema.gov.
