Just in time for cooler temperatures the State of Illinois awards $174,000 to five non profit organizations in the Rock River Valley.

Just in time for cooler temperatures the State of Illinois awards $174,000 to five non profit organizations in the Rock River Valley.
The money will help the homeless with emergency housing and support services. It will go toward the costs of the shelters and preventive homeless programs in the stateline.
