A crash in February killed five people. Four of the five people killed were members of the Cole family.
Thirty-three-year-old Rodrigo Duran was also killed and police say he was driving at 108 miles per hour and had a blood alcohol level of .19. He was also an illegal immigrant.
Four members of the Cole family died, leaving their three-year-old daughter Allison all alone. Her grandparents have stepped in to take on any parental duties.
The grandparents are struggling to find the means to cover medical costs, so a fundraiser will be held Saturday, June 24. The benefit will take place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Ashton Franklin Center in Ashton.
