Friday 23 News told you about Warren Reed who had his sister, Mary Jane’s body exhumed to help solve the mystery surrounding her death. Now he is suing the Ogle County Coroner. When officials exhumed her body in August, they sent some of her body parts to the State Crime Lab for study. Warren Reed alleges in a Thursday court filing that his sister's head, backbone and thigh bone were returned from the State Crime Lab and are being kept by Ogle County Coroner, Louis Finch. Mr. Finch called 23 News Saturday afternoon and said he is willing to release those parts. But that will only happen if a licensed funeral director of Mr. Reed's choice comes to pick up the body parts.
