Rockford Substance Abuse Treatment Center Struggles
Right now a substance abuse treatment center in Rockford is struggling to provide adequate services for patients after Governor Blagojevich cuts their federal grant by $1.4 million.

Right now a substance abuse treatment center in Rockford is struggling to provide adequate services for patients after Governor Blagojevich cuts their federal grant by $1.4 million.
However, the fight for funding has new life after the Illinois house votes to restore $55 million for drug treatment in Illinois, money the governor previously cut.
Now the senate's being urged to approve the plan as well.

The prisons have even cut their drug classes. I guess drugs addicts are hopeless!
