Beloit Police Investigate 4th Tuesday Bank Heist In Less Than 2 Months

A bank robbery in Beloit Tuesday afternoon has police looking for two suspects. The heist happened just after 4 p.m. at the First National Bank in the 1500 block of Madison Road. Beloit Police say a robber demanded money, with a second person standing nearby. After cash was handed over, both suspects fled on foot to the southeast. This is the fourth Tuesday in just over a month that a bank has been robbed in Beloit. Investigators have not said whether this robbery is related to the last three.

Police say the first suspect is a white woman in her 20s. She’s 5-foot 5-inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. She was wearing sunglasses, a dark scarf, a blue velvet sweatshirt and dark sweat pants at the time of the robbery.

The second suspect is described as a man in his middle 30s. Police say he’s around 5’ 8” tall and weighs 230 pounds. He was wearing a dark shirt and white allergen mask during the bank robbery.
