Today was the fourth annual motorcycle ride in honor of Marine Lance Corporal Branden Ramey of Belvidere. Ramey was killed by enemy fire in Iraq. His family says Ramey would have been honored by today's turnout, which was higher than in year's past.
"He was just the best brother in the world. He really cared a lot about his country. He cared about everything he did, he did it to the fullest," says Ramey's brother Brent Trevino.
There will also be a Toys for Tots Motorcyle parade in honor of Ramey on October fifth at the Filling Station Bar in Rockford.
