Why would we expect anything less. NiCor may as well jump on the profit wagon with ComED and the oil companies.

Its a double edged sword to try to make extra money. I'm sure the extra cash he makes disqualifies them for any aid.I'm in the same boat. I have to work to make ends meet but the extra money I make means I'm over the income guidelines for aid. Whats a person to do?
