A New Zogby poll shows the race between John McCain and Barack Obama is a virtual toss up.

The latest numbers show McCain with a 42 percent to 41 percent edge over Obama. About 11 hundred voters were polled over the phone during the last week of July.

Now this is a dramatic turnaround from another Zogby poll done in early July. That poll showed Obama with a commanding 46 to 36 percent lead.
