A fatal accident in Dekalb County at 9 o'clock Thursday night...A car driven by Angela Bachar of Davis Junction was going west on Quarry Road when another car, going the opposite direction, attempted to pass a semi. The car hit Bachar's car head on. Three people in the Bachar car were taken to St. Anthony's Hospital. The driver of the other car died at the scene. The name is being witheld right now.
