Oklahoma City investigators are looking into what caused a crane to collapse on top of a car killing one and injuring another. The machine was putting a steeple on an Oklahoma City Church this morning when it tipped over onto a car below it. An eighty year old man was killed his 78 year old wife was hospitalized. This is the forth crane related fatal accident nationwide in the past few months.
