A nighttime murder has killed a teenager in DeKalb. Police say a gunshot wound killed 19-year-old Jayson Martin. It happened at around 7:30 last night near North 7th & Oak St. Police say the incident appears to be gang related. They have identified a suspect... and expect to make an arrest sometime during the next 24 hours.
